Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jetbucks ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jetbucks website or any of its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

jetbucks reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the jetbucks website. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from interpretation, the English-language version shall take precedence. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease accessing or using the jetbucks platform immediately. Access to the Platform by persons who do not agree with these terms is unauthorised and prohibited.

Access to jetbucks is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account on the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum. jetbucks does not permit gambling by any person under 18 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own capacity, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jetbucks or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the jetbucks Platform or any associated service.
• You must not be acting in collusion with any other player to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

jetbucks reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be completed to the Platform's satisfaction, jetbucks may suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any account found to have been opened or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds held in such an account, including any winnings accumulated, will be forfeited. jetbucks takes its duty of care towards minors extremely seriously and cooperates with authorities where underage gambling is identified.

To access the full range of services available on jetbucks — including real-money wagering, live dealer games, cricket betting, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You must ensure that all information provided at registration matches the details on your official identity documents. Discrepancies identified during verification may lead to account suspension.

By registering an account on jetbucks, you agree to the following account-related obligations:

• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You will keep your username and password strictly confidential and will not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You will not allow any third party to access or use your jetbucks account on your behalf.
• You will notify jetbucks support immediately at support@jetbucks if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You will not use an account opened in another person's name, nor will you open an account on behalf of another individual.

jetbucks reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting additional identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

All financial transactions on jetbucks are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jetbucks account are credited promptly following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jetbucks does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside the control of jetbucks.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process to confirm account identity and payment method ownership before funds are released. jetbucks aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or public holidays may experience slightly extended processing times.

Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. jetbucks does not permit withdrawals to payment methods other than those registered and verified on the account. This policy exists solely to prevent fraudulent transfers and protect player funds.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (may vary by payment method).
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: displayed in the withdrawal interface at time of request.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been used for at least one successful deposit on the account.
• jetbucks reserves the right to conduct additional verification prior to releasing any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.

jetbucks will not be held liable for any delays caused by payment service providers, network outages, banking system maintenance windows, or force majeure events. If you experience an issue with a deposit or withdrawal, please contact our support team at support@jetbucks with your transaction reference number and we will investigate within one business day.

jetbucks offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are valued in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Each promotion offered by jetbucks is subject to its own specific set of terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on jetbucks unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain incomplete at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• jetbucks reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if the Platform determines that a player has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn by jetbucks at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will not be affected by any mid-promotion changes.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid on specified games only and carry their own wagering multipliers as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

As a registered player on jetbucks, you are required to use the Platform in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disrupt, or negatively affect the Platform, its infrastructure, or the experience of other players.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or subsequent account activity.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software exploits, bots, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any automated interaction system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including coordinating bets in live casino games or sports markets.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. jetbucks is required by its operational policies to report suspicious financial activity.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from jetbucks without the express written permission of the Company.
• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language in any communication with jetbucks staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account, the Platform's administrative systems, or any restricted technical infrastructure.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tool, including attempting to re-register after a period of self-exclusion.

jetbucks employs a range of automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach of user obligations is identified, the Platform reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

You may close your jetbucks account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jetbucks. Before an account closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met and no outstanding verification requirements remain unfulfilled.

Bonus balances held at the time of voluntary account closure will not be returned, as they have not yet satisfied the necessary wagering requirements to qualify for withdrawal. Only verified real-money balances are returnable upon voluntary closure.

jetbucks reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Detection of prohibited software use, collusion, or game manipulation.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed by jetbucks due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held within the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, jetbucks reserves the right to forfeit the balance in its entirety. Players who believe an account closure has been applied in error may appeal by writing to support@jetbucks with supporting documentation.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. jetbucks will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. The monthly dormant account fee, where applicable, will not exceed ৳200 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower. Accounts with a zero balance will simply be closed without charge.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbucks, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jetbucks Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, jetbucks expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, or any other wagering activity offered on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform, including account information, transaction records, or communication logs.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or mobile financial service operators.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your voluntary disclosure of login information to a third party.
• Any content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or services that may be referenced in connection with jetbucks.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not fully enforceable, jetbucks's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jetbucks account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

jetbucks makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
